Tips&Tricks
Heated bed not required, if available set it between 0-50 °C. Recommended print speed 40-120 mm/s.
How to do "Heat Treatment"
Heat the object printed with ALFAplus in the oven from 1 to 4 hours at a temperature of 80 °C in order to anneal and increase the thermal resistance up to 105 °C.
TIPS!
In case of thin walls or critic details it is advisable to put the printed object in a container suitable for oven and fill the container with water or sand, then cook and finally remove the water or sand to proceed with the post-processing.
Due to all the different types of hot-end it's extremely difficult to give a temperature advice. Please consider our tips as a starting point to find the temperatures that work well in your setup. You may have to adjust the temperature settings slightly based on your type of printer.
