Carbon is very abrasive. Therefore we recommend a hardened nozzle and a minimum nozzle diameter of 0.5mm!

To obtain the best layer adhesion use a printing temperature of about 230-240 °C. The material is printable from about 200 °C but the layer adhesion suffers significantly. Set the heated bed from 0 to 90 °C. Suggested printing speed: 60-180 mm/s.

Carbon is very abrasive. Therefore it is recommend a hardened nozzle. The carbon fiber stabilizes the material and therefore reduces the distortion and stabilizes the plastic snarl during bridging.

Store at room temperature 18-27 °C in a dry place. Make sure it is out of direct heat and sunlight.


Due to all the different types of hot-end it's extremely difficult to give a temperature advice. Please consider our tips as a starting point to find the temperatures that work well in your setup. You may have to adjust the temperature settings slightly based on your type of printer.
