Hydrolitical stability
One of nGen truly unique features is its melt stability, meaning from pellet to filament to 3D Printed part, the mechanical properties of the material will hardly be affected. This provides a great deal of printing stability and the ability to reproduce the same quality parts over and over again, reducing failed prints rates.
Features
- Low odor
- Low processing temperature
- Styrene-free
- Excellent toughness
- Elevated temperature resistance
- Dimensional stability

Tips&Tricks
nGen gives best results on a heated build platform, 75 °C to about 85 °C is usually needed for proper adhesion to a glass plate. Printing on a cold bed is possible but you’ll need some adhesion tools to minimize warping. 3DLac, buildTak or 3DEeze can do the trick.
The suggested 3D print speed is around 40 - 70 mm/s.
TIPS!
With the unique combination of a low processing temperature and an elevated temperature resistance (85 °C), nGen can quickly print creations that are functional, durable, efficient, and attractive. nGen is an amazing material which enables users to create parts with gorgeous detail and the benefit of long term stability.
Applications:
Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Toys, Visual & Functional Prototyping, Modeling / Character design, Lighting, Medical
Due to all the different types of hot-end it's extremely difficult to give a temperature advice. Please consider these tips, provided by the manufacturer, as a starting point to find the temperatures that work well in your setup. You may have to adjust the temperature settings slightly based on your type of printer.
